Day 1: Guwahati Kaziranga (220 kms / 5 hrs)
Arrive Guwahati Airport and transfer to Kaziranga National Park – UNESCO World heritage site – home of “One Horned Rhinoceros”, Check in at the resort. Evening free for leisure. Overnight stay at a resort near Kaziranga National park.
Day 2: Kaziranga National Park
Early morning at 0530 hrs explore one zone of Kaziranga National Park on back of the Elephant. Apart from the Rhino, one can view Hog Deer, Swamp Deer, Wild Buffalo, Elephants, and the tiger as well. The park is home to pelicans, storks and darters as there are a number of water bodies inside the Park. Return to the resort. Afternoon from 1330 hrs enjoy a
2-hour jeep safari through the National Park. Return to the resort. Overnight stay at Kaziranga.
Day 3: Kaziranga National Park Guwahati (220 kms / 5 hrs).
Morning drive to Guwahati. Arrive and check in at the hotel. Evening proceed for memorable river cruise at Brahmaputra river with awesome sunset with Live Assamese cultural and dance performances on the deck is an added attraction. Overnight stay in Guwahati.
Day 4: Guwahati local sightseeing
Morning visit Kamakhya Devi Temple which is one of the 51 Shakti Peeth. It is one of the most revered pilgrimage sites for Hindus. Also enjoy a quick ride at India’s Longest river Ropeway (1.8km). The ropeway operates from Kachari Ghat in Panbazaar, up to the Dol Govinda Temple crossing the beautiful Brahmaputra River. Evening visit ‘Kalakshetra’, a place where Assamese history and culture is presented through light and sound show. Return to hotel. Overnight stay at Guwahati.
Day 5: Departure Guwahati
Morning check-out from hotel and transfer to Guwahati Airport for your onward journey.
